Wot onna 30hp johnson on the trailer

Hello if I have my boat on a trailer and back it in the water on a boat ramp can I set WOT, timing at full throttle but the boat is not moving

Oh and does anyone know the correct WOT timming on a 2000 30hp johnson 2 stroke, 2 cylinders

Timing is fixed for the life of the motor.----Some folks still insist on meddling with it.-----What is your motor doing / not doing?

Dangerous for one, and motor will not run properly due to drag from lack of water flowing around the lower unit as it should. I would never try that !
