Hello fellow boatmen, Lately my power tilt does not want to raise the motor without some assistance,I have added some fluid because I noticed a drop of fluid leaking off a line, the person who put it on may not have used teflon tape on the threads of the line, before I assume its only a low fluid problem could there be something else causing the problem?,thanks alot.
