200 johnson oceanpro will not shift to neutral after being in forward gear. to shift into neutral I shift to reverse which chatters then to neutral, I have recently had the lower unit worked on because it sounded like a tractor when in forward gear at high speeds, the mechanic replaced some sort of clip and the gears had teeth missing. is this problem related and how much should it cost to repair this new problem and is it related to previous problem
