First off, thank-you to all those that helped me out.
This has been a valuable lesson in "don't overlook the obvious" to the tune of $100.
The problem in fact was the high speed jet in the bottom carb, how I don't know and what I did to fix it I don't know but she is screamin again.
I was piddling around with it in the test tank and just for giggles I got out a small syringe I have, squirted gas in the top carb and it almost dies went to the bottom and it about jumped out of the tank, remember this is at WOT running 1800rpm.
I cleaned the carb again for the third time and there you go.
I never did find anything,so what I "fixxed" I don't know, I am just glad it is running again at least in the tank and now I have a brand new CDI and coils so I should be good for a long time.
I will probly put the old coils and CDI on Ebay and see if I can get some of my money back.
Thanks again.
