And the answer is........<br /><br />I'm in the boat taking the pic. Every year in Sacramento they have a kinetic scupture race. I believe they start at a beach and then have to navigate the river for a set distance, then traverse land for a bit. This is the Sacramento City Fire dept's entry. Funny thing though, it took the better part of 15 full time city employees at least 4 hours just to make a trial run down at the river.<br /><br />

I think it needs more than 2 dude power! Not enuf engine
