Wont crank at all

1996 Yamaha 770
It set for two years and when it was put up it was a good runner. I will not even click. New battery cleaned connections. Checked the fuse it was good. Had power to the fuse and even checked power through the fuse. What next. Thanks for any help.

first be sure the engine and pump are not locked up by turning them by hand with the spark plugs removed, then check the main ground connection from the battery to the engine.

It turns great. Where does it ground on the engine.

make sure you have the lanyard hooked in. Also test the start buttons. there is no yamaha 770. maybe a 760? Inside the electrical box you have a starter solenoid. they are known to go bad. you can jumper across the solenoid terminals and if the motor cranks then its either the solenoid or the start stop buttons. The ones on my Raider 1100 went bad 2x
