Won’t start when warm

Hi I have a 2020 20hp efi mercury and it runs great idles great but just recently it has trouble starting when it’s warm and it will take a million pulls to finally get it started but when it’s cold it will take 1-2 pulls
If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated!!

Maybe a leaky fuel injector that is causing a flooding condition. Check the dipstick and smell it. If it smells like gasoline and/or is over the full mark do not run the engine until the oil is changed and the problem corrected. Oil is not a good lubricant.

How would I fix the problem ? Replace the injector ?? I check the oil the other day and it was over the full mark didn’t think anything of it …
