I have recently bought a new boat that didnt have a motor. All the wiring is in good shape except that the control box was a newer style than mine. There is a plug on the boat that plugged directly into the control box that ran the voltmeter, tach, and choke. My '79 johnson 175 control box doesnt have that plug. Which color wires on the boat plug will go to what accessory? I would like the voltmeter to work as well as the tach. There is a switch that runs the choke i can probably figure that one out, but was wondering about the others. any help will be appreciated. I can post some pics if needed.
