wiring help

Doing some rewiring on my boat and have a few questions. I'll start with the plan first.
1 Starting battery
2 House batteries
2 Combiner switches, Switch 1 is for the house and its output goes to fuse blocks and then 2nd switch which feeds the starter. So I can have either house battery feed the fuse blocks. And either the starter battery or house battery feed the starter.
1 1500gph fwd bilge pump
1 2000gph aft bilge pump
1 3 bank battery isolator for charging from alternator
1 3 bank battery tender for when the boat is in the yard on the trailer.

I will be putting a fuse block in the front to feed dash and electronics, etc. And another fuse block in the aft to feed trim tabs, deck lights, wash down pumps, etc. Both fuse blocks will be feed from house batteries.

Questions.
1 - All batteries get grounded together correct?
2 - How should I wire the bilge pumps? I know they need power 24/7. Should I have a small fuse block that is always wired straight to both house batteries? Then have that fuse block feed the 2 bilge pumps? Or is it better to have them on the starting battery? Or something else?

Yes connect all the grounds together. As far as the bilge pumps I would connect them to one of the house batteries.
