Wiring help for a 2009 Tohatsu MFS20CEPTL

I am wiring this on a tritoon. The only use this outboard will get is pushing the boat from ramp to dock...50 yds and then a return trip 6 weeks later to the ramp. The boat has no gauges. What are the BLK,Red, Green and White wires in picture for and where do I wire them? Thank You!!

Yep. White is tach. Red is 12v.
