Re: Wiring harness question

no, 73 is hydro-machanical shift. 68-72 is hydro-electric shift. 68-72 has one throttle cable, and wiring harness, 73- 79 has throttle and shift cables, and wiring harness.

So, I will need to find a wiring harness from that year? Is there anywhere that sells new wiring harnesses? The iboats store only shows INTERNAL wiring harnesses. Ebay comes up with nothing...

Re: Wiring harness question

Okay, I just talked to the guy I am possibly buying the motor from and he says the controls and harness are included, so I *think* I am going to be good to go.
