Wiring Diagrahm for Honda Tach, Fuel, temp

I have a 22' Zodiac Hurricane 630 with twin 75 hp honda 4 strokes that was a former Coast Guard boat. The right engine gauges are working but the port gauges are not. Both went out before and I had a mechanic down in florida get them working again. Now the starboard gauges work, but the port gauges dont. Neither do the water temp gauges. I think the line (blue color) for the water temp gauges was cut so I can fix that. When I look in the center consel I see 4 wires hanging down. 2 are heavy 10-12 gauge wires that are purple, and two are heavy 10-12 gauge wire that are black. They have wire connectors on the ends but I can't see any place that they clip onto. Does anyone have a wiring diagram? I am assuming these are power leads but I don't know. Any thoughts?
