wiring a 24 volt trolling motor

When I had the batteries changed on my boat, they incorrectly hooked up my batteries. Prior to the battery change I had 12 volts back to my battery switch for a back up to start my outboard. Can anyone help me with the correct wiring diagram?

I have 3 batteries, one in the rear for my starter batt. two twelve volts wired for 24 volt( pos to neg on one end, and pos & neg exiting on the other for my trolling motor. How do I run a 12 volt feed back to my battery switch for a back up from this 24 volt set up?

I have the same question as fin addict, but the diagram posted in reply does not appear , can someone please repost the wiring diagram.
