WINTERIZING...VOLVO PENTA 280 HELP!!!!

Can somebody please help me with instructions on how to winterize a volvo penta 280 i/o....I am a first timer at this one... Also, i do know you are supposed to put antifreeze in it but where do i put it? How much do i use? After i get that all done do i run the boat so it goes through the whole engine, or do i just leave it? THANKS!!
