winterizing Honda 150 4 stroke

Have a new 150 honda 4 stroke. Plan on leaving it in the water this winter. Winters a ususally mild. May get into low 20's for a short while. Is there anything I should or shouldn't do?

leave the motor down in the water, or down on the dock
check lower unit for water
best is just replace the lower unit oil and ur fine
