Winterizing and fuel question

So I didn't get to use my boat as much as I wanted to this year, it still has about half tank of gas from last Sep. 2017. The fuel is treated with Sta*** 360 Marine. I already drained the water in block, manifolds and drive thinking I could get another outing in but looks like its not gonna happen. So i'm gonna fully winterize here shortly. Question is what do I do with fuel, I was thinking just drain and refill but stations here have already started switching to winter blend gas and I hear that will cause issues in spring. I could leave the gas in there but they say 360 only stores it for a year that is up now.

Curious to what the brain trust thinks

Thanks in advance

Drain the tank completely. Use the old fuel in your cars.

With the tank completely empty, refill in spring.

Drain the fuel, use it in your snow blower, car, or whatever. Come spring add gas
