Hello,

Here comes the time to winterize the motor.

I will be replacing the fuel water separator, oil filter, and fuel pump filter. I will be also replacing the engine oil and gear oil.

I was wondering if I had to do anything else. I might have water going into the gear oil so I think I will require a lower unit seal kit: sie18-2652. I will verify the gear oil this year and if it's a little milky, I'll replace it next summer season.

I was also wondering if or when I had to replace the water pump impeller kit or any other type of maintenance?

We use the boat for around 10 hours during the summer, lake, no salt water.

Thank you for the help

I would pressure test and reseal the drive now, so you don't have water in the gear oil over the winter and you're ready to go in the spring. And it also prevents wasting gear oil if you find a problem over next summer.
Impeller, I usually do every 3 years. But if you only do 10 hrs a season, you might be able to go longer.

Thank you for the reply! I will still be replacing the gear oil this year. Is the pressure test something I can do myself? Are there any guides for this?

Do a search, yes it has been discussed, and they also sell testers to make sure it holds pressure, but do NOT over do it.!
