Board,

This is my first year at owning an I/O. I've owned and Outboard for more than 10 years and winterized it myself. Outboards were a piece of cake. But I'm told I/Os have more to them than Outboards. Does anyone know any good web pages that shows you what we need to do to do a good job at winterizing these boats?

Thanks Rene G.

Re: Winterization

Move in with Trent and you won't have to worry about winterization. Hee, hee...

Uh, seriously. I'm sure there will be many such posts in the very near future. Personally, I find such talk rather depressing.

As is so often stated in here...if you plan to do any service at all yourself...my first suggestion is to purchase the factory repair manual for your particular model. In it you'll find nearly every answer to any question you might have. It'll save you time and money in the long run.

Walt

BTW...what year, make, and model do you have? Be sure to include that info whenever you post a topic.
