Fill the tank, add correct amount of stabilizer, hook up flusher device and run the motor until the stabilizer is in the carbs. Shoot some fogging oil into the carbs until you have some good smoke, stall engine with fogging oil if possible. Turn off motor, disconnect flusher, let motor drain. Turn motor by hand or sith bump of starter to get any residual water out of water pump. Disconnect and charge battery, change gear oil, pump grease into zerc fittings, grease steering rod. Spray engine block with corrosion inhibitor.
