Had our '92 Celebrity 200 Cuddy "winterized" last November 2014. Due to a rotator cuff surgery this past March, have been unable to use it since and won't be until next Spring. Have not started the engine.
Question: Will the "winterization" on the engine still be good for this coming winter since the engine has not been started since before "winterization" last year?

Yes, should not be an issue. If there was no damage caused by last year there will be none this year.

If you didn't use gas stabilizer you might want to add some
