Winterization of Honda 90

I have a 2011 honda 90. Unfortunately I have used it very little this summer due to renovations, maybe 15 hours. Before I store it should I still change the lower unit oil and engine oil? Also I have fogged other engines for the winter but never an outboard, is this easy to do or should I get the dealer to do it again this year.

If you want to save some bucks do it yourself, check winterization in owners manual and follow instructions.
