We were there for it therefore not out here. My son and I froze our rear ends off but being there for it was an amazing experience. Great game, close enough for a shootout finish and the right team won

Hey, what do you guys think about the talk of a potential change for OT next year? 1 5 minute period of 4 on 4, then a 5 minute period of 3 on 3, then the shoot out. I kinda like the idea ... would be some wide open hockey!

I prefered the days when out went on till some one scored.

Always prefer to see a game won or lost with a real goal. 5 on 5 for 5 minutes, 4 on 4 for 5 minutes and 3 on 3 for 5 minutes.
If by some miracle it is still tied at that point then a shootout at that point.
Just my thoughts though and a lot of extra ice would open up as the players got less.

wow jealous of you kenny. LOL although I bet I was a lot warmer on my couch watching it. did have to take a break to blow snow though in between first and second period.

That was one of the few times I was actually happy I was watching the game from home! I'm sure it was quite the experience, but it looked WAY to cold for me to enjoy a game...

Could you see much of the action? Between the snow and the distance of the ice from the stands, we were all wondering if you could even see the puck.
