I have a 79 evinrude 175 and I have a stator with part number 583050 35 amp. Will this work or can I make it work. It would be good if it will or i can wire it to work but i dont if it will work with my ingtion system.

Nope, that is for later motors.

Do you no any way of making it work or another stator that is larger than a 9 amp? I would love to make it work if possible.
