hello. i am new to this site, but so far it seems pretty cool... i need a new lower unit for my 96 johnson 225 (loop charged). i know a guy who is selling one that he knows will fit a 99 to 01. i was wondering if it would fit my year/model?.. also it doesn't come with a water pump, shaft, or shift rod, but i have all of them off my old unit. can i switch them to that unit? thanks a lot.
