Hi,located a teleflex red international tachometer p/n 13291P will this work on my 1989 us marine force 50, or is it p/n 53743P that will only work for this motor.

Its really only needed to know if your not over reving. Sure comes in handy though. Use the part number and do a search in goolge. You will find that 20 pole tach somewhere I believe.
just found one from a place in the US called SHIPSTORE.COM 68 dollars plus 40 dollars shipping which works out to be around £60 in my money.is that a good price and has anybody dealt with this company before?
