Taking Honda into consideration as a possible choice for power on a Lund WC-16,I am wondering if Honda will ever add EFI to these motors. Mercury,Nissan,
and Tohatsu has EFI on their 25 and 30 hp motors. Why is Honda behind on doing away with carbs on these motors? Seems they have some catching up to do if they expect to compete with Mercury,Nissan ,and Tohatsu in at least
the 25 to 30 hp range. As far as the Auto-start enrichment system used on these motors,what are your opinions of this systm? Is it a good system,or has
it been troublesome amd cold natured? The "plain jane"WC-16 Lund has a max
hp rating of 25 hp. The WC-16 DLX(deluxe)has a 30 hp max rating. I want to
know before I plunk down the cash here before too long. I read that Honda
has a reputation for very high reliability(right up there with Yamaha).
