Will a Jet be suitable on a Flat Bottom/Full V hull?

I've been researching jet outboards and what types of boats they are best suited for...I've read that V hulls displace too much water away from the jet...but what if the boat is completely flat bottom with just a V hull?

Thanks.

I believe that refers to a true v hull with a a 15-20 degree V at the stern.
It may be possible the the keel(s)on your aluminum may disturb the water enough to make a problem.
There must be a outboard jet site on the net somewhere.
