Will a 140 I/o (Serials 4920217 + 4907327) be a straight swap with a 1963 110 ?

Found a complete I/O on Craigslist for cheap but motor most likely will need rebuilt. Has everything, steering, tilt, trim, etc. the straight horsepower should be nice but more interested in it for parts availability and tilt and trim since mine has neither

The *EXTREMELY horsepower.. I'm thinking the i/o is out of around a 1979 going by the serial numbers. From what I've read, anything pre-83 should bolt in if you swap the entire i/o, but is it worth it to do the extra work and get an alpha setup? I plan on keeping g the boat for a very long time and want to do it right and make it the most reliable.

Ayuh,.... A Donor boat, complete with a 3.0l/ Alpha 1 drive would be yer Best, 'n probably cheapest bet to repower yer boat,...

Buyin' the Complete rotten donor boat, insures ya get all the tiny Expensive parts for the swap,...
