I think I would plant a few trees on the rear sun deck.

Jiminy! It has a 9m powerboat as a tender, along with 3 5m tenders, and 5 jet skis.

No downriggers.....No ski pole....... NO TRAILER!!! and a crew of 24 wow

I just do not feel a boat bigger then most of the ponds around here would do me good.

Bummer, there aren't any slips big enough for it at the local marina, and my Yukon is just a tad small to tow it back and forth from my house to the lake (and the covenants in the development say I can't leave a boat parked in the driveway), so for those reasons I will have to pass on this purchase.:facepalm:

Some of those staterooms amidships could get real exciting if that baby starts really rollin' in seas. Talk about jumpin' on the bed!

Its pretty cool. I always wonder when I see things like this what is the point. Is the point to make some super big ship or is the point learn lessons and develop technology that can be deployed elsewhere. Remember we did not go to the moon for the sake of going to the moon we went there to show the Russians that if we can ride a missal to the moon we can sure as he^^ put one downtown Moscow no problem.

Pretty sure it is to be a live-aboard, safely tucked in the corner of a bay, or inland sea.

Mansion on the water.

Can't imagine it in rough seas.
