i have got a bf75 honda 4 stroke # 1000673 & i can,t find out what year it is , i had the same problem with an old mercury engine , if its not 1or 2 years old i guess they don,t care BUT if i ever go to buy a new engine this issue will be remembered thanks 4 letting me RANT.

Engines don't want you to find out their weight either . . .

Some makers no longer change "year" models. This is because the calendar change represents no change in the product and interferes with sales of what used to be "leftovers". If this is the case with your engine you have a BF75. That is all you will get.
