I have an older Bass Tracker 17.5 with a Minn Kota bow mount trolling motor ( MKJ All terrain 42 lb thrust). It seems to work properly, steers, and pulls the boat, but I keep breaking the fingers off the plastic disc pointer. It's much easier to operate if you know which way the motor is pointed. Has anyone had a similar problem. Perhaps point me in the right direction, I've search the Minn Kota sight but haven't found a good drawing ect. Also I'm a newbie 1st boat. Thanks
