Why are the Dolphins dying?

I live in PC Florida and love to fish Crooked Island sound. I heard that the cause may be Red Tide, but every time Red tide happens mullet are crowding the shores?? Two Dolphins were found a the Sound, but no mullet or other vulnerable fish? Just curious if someone heard something else? The count is over 100 now and we are eating the same thing that they are. On a good note there are several out there and it appears to be slowing down.<br />Don
