Who makes the best and most reliable

Combo GPS/ Plotter, sonar/ fishfinder? I want to clean up me console. I've got a 22' Spectre CC. I fish mostly inshore/nearshore occasionally going 25 to 30 miles offshore.

opinions appreciated!

IMO, Garmin makes the best GPS/plotters and Lowrance makes the best sonar, including Eagle brand. I have used them for many years and never had a failure with either brand.

I know that Furuno has a great rep, but have no experience with them.

I have a Garmin 3200 series plotter/sounder/gps combo, I love it, had no trouble at all with it and it has way more features than I need. If I had the money, I'd buy Furuno. Go look at a few commercial fishing boats, you wont find Garmin, or lowrance, that has to say something...
