Who makes Paramount boats?

I am looking into buying a 1989 Paramount 21 cc boat. I am looking for specifications on this boat, dry weight etc.

Can anyone direct me?

Using the NADA lookup for Paramount Boats, it shows they were manufactured from 1985 - 2004. Your boat in particular brings up this info click here. Just the hull weight and beam length. Hopefully some more can chime in

I looked at one a few years ago, pretty cheap price. My biggest complaint would be the narrow beam and the fact that every one I've ever seen here has been completely redone, not sure what all the issues have been. They do look nice sitting in the water, just not sure I'd use one for a fishing boat.
