Who makes 9.9-15 HP Merc O/Bs, 2000- ?

I thought I had heard that some of the smaller Mercury outboards were made by Suzuki or Tohatsu for a while. Can anyone confirm the models and years, and which company was making them for Merc?

Also, would parts still be available at your local Merc dealer?
