who knows about motors

i just got an old 9.5 johnson motor and i'm not sure of the mixture(50-1) also of the year of the motor it is model # M-9R-72M and serial # J3583013 if someone can help me that would be really great

Not sure of the mixture, But the 9R series were made 1969 thru 1973. Give Hance & Smyth a call in Manahawkin he is a GOOD johnson Rep.
