I had completely disagreed with the doomsayers earlier this year, that stated that motor fuel would be $6 gal and that we would be heating our homes with coal or something other than natural gas, since we could not afford to.
I refused to get the "special" "summer fill" price price on propane.
My propane guy just filled my my tank for 1.85/gal, down 7 cents when I called in the order last week.
This was 24 cents/gal less than I paid in March 2005.
