Who can do electrical peak voltage tests?

I'm looking for somebody in the Omaha area that has the neccessary test equipment to do a thorough diagnosis on my Merc ignition system. I should have the new switch box this week, but once it's installed, I need to make sure it's not going to fry again from some other component not doing what it's supposed to do. All the tests require quite a few pieces of test equipment that I don't have.<br /><br />Ron
