Re: white smoke? bad.
If the fuel is more than 3 months old , you need to clean it out and replace it. if it is a sea doo with a rotary valve it could have a worn rotary valve seal and it is allowing oil to seep in to the crank case. if not it could have oil leaking in from the oil pump hoses over time, in any event once the fuel is replaced and the ski is run it should clear up, however if it is a kawasaki for some reason that eludes me they always seem to smoke a lot when they idle for long periods especially the old 750 cc engines but those are practically indestructable. one other possability ,if it is a pre mix ski and the fuel switch was left on and the carbs leak a little the fuel evaporates sitting in the crank case but the oil can't so it collects in there and smokes like crazy when it has been sitting for an extended period of time, if this is the case you need to rebuild the carbs as it will probably be hard to start when it is warm.
