While in line at the boat ramp......

One guy completely drops the back end of his boat off the trailer and onto the concrete ramp - you could hear the scrape across the cove as he continues to drive up the ramp as people scream at him to stop.

Meanwhile in the SAME exact ramp slot.....

Next guy (not his wife) backs his truck up so far the water line is at his front grill. He never realized that the bottom of the doors for his quad cab back seats were under water. When he pulled out you could see a ton of water draining out......

Always a show to watch while you are waiting at the public boat ramp!

I miss all this stuff, which is good I suppose, my ramp is never busy and I rarely see anyone else launch.

Makes you wonder where these people come from.

I wish I could find a quiet ramp near my house, but with as many people that use this lake I think the chance of locating such a ramp that no one else has found is slim to none. The other option is a wet slip which I can get for $110 per month.
