which NEW motor to choose

Hi Guys, I am retiring my 95 Force 70hp<br />after some problems and reading about all the other Force problems here. Now I have another problem,what brand motor should I buy? I want a 4-stk and am leaning toward a Zukie. The dealer says a 50hp Suzukie will more that equal the power of my 70 hp Force, could that be true? I have a 1996 Spectrum<br />16ft Alum boat. I also like the Hondas and Yammies, the Susuzki dealer is very close but I dont want that to be the reason I pick him. Any advice would be great, Thanks Paul<br />P.S. Force for sale "Used to be brand new" Ha!!!! also how doo yooo spell Suszikkkkkie?

If you're going 4-stroke, you may also want to consider adding fuel injection too. I recently purchased a new Merc 50 and (so far) am VERY pleased. It was also about a grand cheaper than a Yammi. Regardless which brand you choose, go with a dealer you trust who won't forget you once you're out the door. In the long run you're not only buying a motor but service as well.

look at the dealerships in your area then go down to the water and ask the people who have these motors what they like and dont like about them Rick p s how much for your old force
