Bought a $50 aluminum four blade 14x20 prop for my 18 ft 190hp alpha one boat.

It has no part number that I could find and I need your help in finding one. Thank you!

Looks like a flo-torque II with the splines that match an Alpha drive. Mercruiser or Quicksilver or Michigan Wheel brand. Mercruiser and Quicksilver call then the flo-torque. Michigan Wheel has the actual original design I think, totally compatible, calls it XHS. iBoats has all of these.

Here is an example of what you get with the hub kit, the longer brass part is what mates the drive splines to the hub.

You can use a Mercury Flo-torque II, Solas Rubex hub, Turning Point hub, or a Michigan Wheel hub. They are all interchangeable. I just bought a Turning point prop and Solas hub. Because the TP is a composite that means if you hit something it will destroy the hub and leave a plastic shreds, and you will have to paddle back. Whereas a rubber hub will have more give, and if hits something will slip and kind of reset, so you will be able to limp back with it.

Texasmark said it best in another post
"The problem I personally have with the hub is that it's made of plastic and brass/bronze. The rubber hub slips and reseats itself when striking an object. On the plastic/metal hub, there is nothing to give as the outer diameter is locked to the prop and the inner locked to the prop shaft.......walla, plastic all over everything.......dead in the water........just like back in the days of the shear pin. No thanks!!!!!!!"

That was the reason I went with the rubber hub. Also the rubber hub is going to have more give on a small impact further protecting your drive as it has some give to it.

Also based on an image search those markings make me think it is probably either a Mercury or a Quicksilver prop, but I am no expert either.
