Which carb ?

I have a 93 mercruiser 4.3lx and i need to rebuild the carb. I heard this is a fairly easy job as long as you take plenty of pics during the teardown. I just need to know what carb i have. Are teh numbers in a location where i can see them without taking it off. I think its the weber 4 barrel, but i want to be sure before i order parts.

should be a metal tag on the carb with numbers on it, or they may be stamped directly on the carb

Ayuh,... If it's the Merc./Weber, it'll say so on it...
It'll be the 600/650cfm model...
And,...
The Edlebrock 1409 is the Same carb, so I'd go for the Edlebrock kit, as they run abit Cheaper than Mercruiser...
