Where's Fish Fishburn?

On my last post here, someone mentioned this guy that I had forgotten about. He has/had a show on the tube called "Go Fish". It was by far the most entertaining fishing show ever. Is it still on anywhere?

i'd sure like to know also. i traced him to TNN (The Nashville Network),but he's been off air for awhile, doing EmCee stuff for bassmasters tourneys. i couldn't find him. but i didn't get to spend alot of time searchin either. i'd like to get a copy of the tape crab-bait saw, that showed him removing a hook from himself!

IT'S SOMETHIN' TO SEE ,, I'LL TELL YA.. he starts off by sayin' i been wantin' to show you's somethin' for a long while an was waitin' for it it happen naturally but i guess it ain't gonna happen so here GOES !! HE PICKS UP A TREBLE HOOK LURE AN SINKS IT RITE INTO HIS HAND !!!!!!! THE GUY IS A TOTAL NUT !! iseen um' all .. missed 'nary a-one ...he's like the ROBIN WILLIAMS of fishin' ... MAN I DO MISS HIM

Used to watch "Fishin' with Red" during my stint with the USAF in Biloxi, MS and Mary Esther, FL. Nicest guy in the world and he just loved fishin, any kind of fishin. Me and the wife were watching his show while we were in the labor room waiting for the kid to come out. Funniest thing he ever did was take a ride in an F-15. Here is this little brick house of a pilot hopping in to his ride with a 6' 2" 250lb southern boy who has never been higher in the air than the bridge over the river! Red takes the ride, hootin and hollerin at first, then breathing kinda hard and not feeling so well by the time he's back on the ground. The pilot hasn't broken a sweat and is all smiles, while Red has him jumpsuit unzipped down to his crotch and sweating buckets. He sure was entertaining.
