No oil light issue. I purchased a cable and downloaded the software to pop the code. I don't have the manual on me, nor the boat. But want to make sure I know where to hook it up before I get to the dock w/o internet connection.

Is there a spare plug to plug the cable into or do I need to disconnect an existing connection?

Where is it located?

Only one triangular plug 'free' to hook it up to on stb side.
No oil-light issue, most likely the oil switch if you still have oil pouring in the return line. Might even be a hanging pressure valve in the return line as well. Test by 'pinching' the return line. If No Oil goes away, find the pressure valve!
As you are uncertain about the engine getting oil, bring along a squirt bottle with oil and squirt some into each air-intake while running the test.

It's getting oil, pressure tested switch according to manual and it was fine. Still replaced it though, changed out oil bulb and oil pick up filter, cut and reclamped oil connections. Happens only at low RPM, can row 35mph+ all day long and no issue, usually happens after stopping and turning the engine back on and idling around. Sometimes doesn't happen at all.
