Where to get shop manual?

My brother just got a boat with an OMC drive on it last year. Found a bent propshaft so he wants the right manual at hand for a teardown. The boat is an 88 Four Winns Sundowner 205 with a 4.3 engine. 2 questions. Can he get the parts and where can he get the manual. His research says he needs manual 985269.
