I want to rebuild the outer transom plate and ring on 1986 alpha drive unit. I'm looking for the bushings,seals,lower pin,steering pin and lower bearing. Any good places to get this stuff?

Your local Mercruiser dealer is one thought, along with many online sources of OEM parts.
You probably will find very few as aftermarket.
