Where to find transom mounting bolts

Anybody know where to find the bolts to mount my transom assembly back together. my old ones are unusable. I have the new anode bolt kit, but I cant find the other 4 bolts that hold the transom assembly together. (the inner and outer plate) Thanks

Its a mercruiser pre alpha.
