Where is the speedometer intake on a 2005 150 Yamaha four-stroke

I hit a limb in the water while running my boat and it hit the lower part of the motor. Immediately after that the speedometer quit working. But I can't find the intake hole on the motor to unclog it. I'm guessing that it's packed with wood. does anyone know where it would be?

Just above the gear case torpedo on the leading edge of the lower unit. Use a 1/8 drill bit turned by hand in reverse.
