Where is idle adjustment

I have an 86 johnson 90 hp, just ordered a service manual but heading to the beach this evening and would like to turn it up a little.
Engine wants to stall when going into gear, if I do it quick, its ok and than once in gear I can put in in reverse or nutreal and it don't stall. But if I shut the motor off it will stall putting it in gear.

Just made an appointment with my mechanic but thats not for 3 weeks. An if turning the idle up just a little could save me bucks. If it works.

I forgot to mention that I can only start it in nutreal with a little extra throttle.
